Job summary

Shade Corporation Ltd. seeks an experienced Estimation Supervisor to lead the estimation team at Head Office, Dammam. You will guide bid preparation, cost breakdowns, and ensure timely, competitive estimates aligned with project goals.

The role requires 12+ years in Estimation, including leadership, experience with EPC/contractor firms in KSA, and strong English communication. You will mentor the team and coordinate with project and finance functions to optimize bids.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Estimation including leadership/management role.
• Experience in EPC & contractor companies (not consultancy).
• KSA experience is required.
• Currently working in Tendering/Estimation Department at Head Office.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience dealing with prestigious clients (NEOM, Diriyah, RCRC, Qiddiyah, Royal Commission, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Defense) is preferred.

The Estimation Supervisor will lead and oversee our estimation team, ensuring accurate and timely cost estimates for projects. This role is crucial in guiding the team to produce competitive and comprehensive bids that align with client requirements and company profitability goals. Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Estimation, including 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experienced in the Construction field, specifically in EPC & contractor companies (not consultancy).
• Previous working experience in KSA is required.
• Must be currently working in the Tendering/Estimation Department at Head Office.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Experience dealing with prestigious clients such as NEOM, Diriyah, RCRC, Qiddiyah, Royal Commission, Ministry of Transport, and Ministry of Defense is highly preferred.

Technical Requirements / Mandatory

• Must have submitted main tenders as a Main Contractor.
• Must have experience submitting tenders with a minimum value of SAR 100M as Main Contractor.
• Must be proficient in cost breakdown preparation including productivity and man-hour calculations.
• Must be able to calculate indirect costs.
• Must be familiar with top sheets for tendering and estimation purposes.
