Job summary

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company in Saudi Arabia seeks an ERP/MES/DMS Officer to support, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, MES, and DMS across design, manufacturing, and business processes. Reporting to the 3D Modeling Engineer, you will drive digital transformation by improving data accuracy, configuring workflows, and delivering user training for ERP and MES systems.

This role requires 3–5 years in Dynamics 365 ERP, knowledge of MES integration, strong analytical skills, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, preferably in Supply Chain/Production.
• Knowledge of MES integration with ERP and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules.
• Integrate ERP with MES for production monitoring.
• Configure, customize, and troubleshoot ERP workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and HR to capture requirements and implement solutions.
• Train end-users on ERP and MES functionalities.
• Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and ongoing support.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and IT policy compliance.
• Maintain the DMS for engineering drawings and documentation.
• Support design team with revision control and access rights in the DMS.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
• Provide documentation and reporting support across sites.
