Job summary

Riyadh Holding invites an experienced Sr. IT Systems & Applications Manager to lead and optimize our IT systems, business applications, and Dynamics 365 ERP environment, ensuring secure, reliable operations while driving digital transformation across the group.

You will oversee Dynamics 365 administration, manage IT projects, drive automation and process improvement, ensure data protection and disaster recovery, and develop the IT team while collaborating with vendors and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s degree and/or professional certifications are preferred.
• +6 years of relevant experience in IT systems, enterprise applications, systems integration, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize IT systems, applications, and technology initiatives to ensure security, reliability, and performance.
• Oversee Dynamics 365 ERP administration, reporting, integration, and data management.
• Manage IT projects including system implementations, upgrades, integrations, migrations, testing, deployment, and support.
• Drive business process optimization and automation through technology solutions.
• Ensure IT security, data protection, governance, business continuity, and disaster recovery compliance.
• Lead and develop the IT systems and applications team while managing relationships with vendors, consultants, and service providers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Monitor system performance, provide management reporting and recommendations, and standardize IT processes across the Company and its subsidiaries.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Company’s IT systems, applications, and technology initiatives, ensuring security, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Oversee the administration, enhancement, reporting, integration, and data management of the Dynamics 365 ERP system.
