Job summary

Innovation Group UAE is seeking a senior ERP data migration consultant to lead discovery and map data between Oracle Fusion and SAP S/4HANA in Riyadh. You will define ownership, cleansing rules, target structures and transformation logic, coordinating signoff with business stakeholders.

You should have 8–12 years in SAP/ERP, with at least two full ERP implementations; Oracle Fusion-to-SAP migration experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Oracle Fusion data entities and SAP S/4HANA master/transaction data experience.
Strong SQL and data profiling, mapping governance, and reconciliation skills.
8–12 years SAP/ERP experience with hands-on delivery.
At least two full ERP implementations; SAP S/4HANA preferred; Fusion-to-SAP migration a plus.
Ability to engage Riyadh stakeholders on-site and produce clear specs.

Responsibilities

Lead data discovery and fit-gap mapping between Oracle Fusion and SAP.
Define ownership, cleansing rules, target structures, and transformation logic.
Coordinate business signoff.
Conduct discovery and fit-gap workshops with business and stakeholders; document assumptions and decisions.
Own role-specific specifications, solution validation and collaboration with SAP streams.
Support data mapping, integration design, SIT, UAT, cutover rehearsals and go-live; resolve defects.
Maintain traceable deliverables and handover materials for the customer.
