Job summary

Innovation Group UAE is seeking a senior ERP data migration consultant to lead discovery and map data between Oracle Fusion and SAP S/4HANA in Riyadh. You will define ownership, cleansing rules, target structures and transformation logic, coordinating signoff with business stakeholders.

You should have 8–12 years in SAP/ERP, with at least two full ERP implementations; Oracle Fusion-to-SAP migration experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion data entities and SAP S/4HANA master/transaction data experience.
• Strong SQL and data profiling, mapping governance, and reconciliation skills.
• 8–12 years SAP/ERP experience with hands-on delivery.
• At least two full ERP implementations; SAP S/4HANA preferred; Fusion-to-SAP migration a plus.
• Ability to engage Riyadh stakeholders on-site and produce clear specs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data discovery and fit-gap mapping between Oracle Fusion and SAP.
• Define ownership, cleansing rules, target structures, business validations and transformation logic.
• Coordinate business signoff.
• Conduct discovery and fit-gap workshops with business, Aramco Digital and implementation stakeholders; document assumptions, dependencies and decisions.
• Own role-specific functional/technical specifications, solution validation and collaboration with adjacent SAP streams.
• Support data mapping from Oracle Fusion, integration design, SIT, UAT, cutover rehearsals, go-live and hypercare; resolve defects to agreed timelines.
• Maintain traceable deliverables, configuration/design documentation, risks and handover materials for the customer.

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory skills & experience

• Oracle Fusion data entities; SAP S/4HANA master/transaction data; SQL/data profiling; mapping, governance and reconciliation.
• Enterprise data profiling, cleansing, mapping rules, data ownership and quality controls.
• 8-12 years of relevant SAP/ERP experience, with substantial hands-on delivery in the specified module/technology.
• At least two full-cycle enterprise ERP implementations, preferably including SAP S/4HANA; direct Oracle Fusion-to-SAP migration experience is an advantage, not an assumed requirement.
• Ability to independently engage business stakeholders onsite in Riyadh and produce clear specifications, test evidence and issue resolution.
