Job summary

Saudi Azm عزم السعودية is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise initiatives across Business, Technology, Product and external vendors. The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years managing enterprise projects, with proficiency in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall, plus strong stakeholder management and leadership.

You will define scope, manage budgets, KPIs, risks, and ensure governance in line with AZM standards, while communicating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with significant experience managing enterprise-scale projects.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technology or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall.
• Experience with project governance, PMO processes, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and executive management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is preferred.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or working with government/enterprise clients is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is preferred.

• Ensure project documentation, decisions, action items, and lessons learned are properly maintained.
• Manage vendors and third-party partners where applicable.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with AZM standards, methodologies, and quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of project management practices, processes, and tools.
