Job summary

Saipem in Saudi Arabia seeks an Enterprise Project Management Coordinator to join the Procurement Department for Onshore Projects. You will support Saudi Aramco EPM submissions, coordinating documentation and approvals.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in supply chain or related fields, English and Arabic language skills, and proficiency with MS Office and EPM systems to manage MR lists, TBEs, POs, ITPs, and related workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain or related roles.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; strong communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, EPM System, document management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Saudi Aramco EPM System and ensure timely submissions.
• Coordinate end-to-end EPM workflows including MR Lists, MR Packages, TBEs, Award Recommendations, NOLs, POs, NMR-601/602/603, IAPs, ITPs and related project documentation.
• Review documents for compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements and project specs.
• Act as focal point between Procurement, Quality, Construction and Saudi Aramco reviewers.
• Monitor submission status, approvals, overdue actions and prepare progress reports.

Purpose of the position:

As Enterprise Project Management Coordinator you will be part of the Procurement Department within Onshore Project. You will support Project Procurement and Post-Order Quality Management activities related to Saudi Aramco EPM submissions.

How can you support us?

• Manage and administer the Saudi Aramco Enterprise Project Management (EPM) System, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant submission of Procurement, Quality and Construction deliverables.
• Coordinate end-to-end EPM workflows, including MR Lists, MR Packages, TBEs, Award Recommendations, NOLs, Purchase Orders, NMR-601/602/603, IAPs, ITPs and related project documentation.
• Review and validate documents prior to submission to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements, project specifications, coding structures and document control procedures.
• Act as the focal point between Procurement, Quality, Construction teams and Saudi Aramco reviewers, facilitating approvals and resolution of review comments.
• Monitor submission status, approvals, overdue actions and client comments; prepare progress reports and escalate critical issues when required.

What are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor / Master in Supply chain or relevant

Background: 2-4 years

Languages: English - Arabic

Technical Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office – EPM System - Document Management Systems - Reporting Tools and Stakeholder Coordination.
