Job summary

Saudi Air Navigation Services seeks a senior IT leader to define and deliver the ITOT directorate’s vision and roadmap for existing and new services, with clear KPIs, budgets and governance. You will own customer journeys, identify solutions, analyze requirements before procurement, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy across processes, applications, data, infrastructure and services.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking and experience managing complex IT programs in regulated settings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 9 years IT experience with at least 2 years in management.
• Experience delivering on IT roadmap and customer journey across services.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver on the ITOT vision and roadmap for existing and new services.
• Manage customer journeys, analyze requirements, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy across processes, applications, data, infrastructure and services.

Job description

To be responsible for defining and delivering on the vision and roadmap for all the existing and new services offered by the ITOT directorate. Responsible for each customer journey, including setting and delivering on the organization’s shared customer-focused journey vision, identifying solutions and analysing requirements before acquisition or creation to ensure that they are in line with enterprise strategic requirements covering business processes, applications, information/data, infrastructure and services within set KPI’s, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.

Requirements :

Minimum of 9 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial position.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
