Job summary

Saudi Telecom Company is seeking a skilled IT Applications & Integration Specialist to drive implementation, integration, and optimization of specialized technology platforms and IT applications. The role focuses on supporting operational efficiency, data management, and regulatory compliance across the enterprise.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable technology solutions, oversee lifecycle activities, and optimize performance, security, and scalability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong information security foundations.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in IT applications and system integration.
• Proven ability to implement data governance and security controls.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and service providers.
• Strong English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of IT applications plans ensuring integration with mission-critical devices and client systems.
• Lead the implementation, enhancement and maintenance of organization-wide IT applications and technology platforms to improve efficiency and workflow automation.
• Manage application lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, solution development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Drive the integration of IT applications with internal systems, infrastructure, devices and network assets for interoperability and reliable service delivery.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, availability, security and scalability to meet evolving requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers and third parties to ensure effective delivery and support.
• Analyze incidents, recurring issues and trends to recommend improvements for platform reliability.
• Provide advanced technical support for critical issues to minimize disruption.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize technologies in response to changing business needs.

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for driving the implementation integration and optimization of Specialized s technology platforms and IT applications to support operational efficiency data management and business requirements The role provides technical expertise across the application lifecycle system integration performance security and scalability while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure reliable and effective technology solutions The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures

Key Functional Accountability

• - Contribute to the development and execution of Specialized s IT applications plan ensuring effective integration with Mission-Critical and Business-Critical devices client systems and relevant technology environments
• - Lead the implementation enhancement and maintenance of organization-wide IT applications and technology platforms to improve operational efficiency data management and workflow automation
• - Manage application lifecycle activities including requirements gathering solution development testing deployment upgrades and ongoing maintenance
• - Drive the integration of IT applications with internal systems infrastructure devices and network assets to ensure interoperability and reliable service delivery
• - Monitor and optimize application performance availability security and scalability to meet evolving business operational and regulatory requirements
• - Implement and maintain data governance and security controls across IT applications in alignment with approved data governance and cybersecurity frameworks
• - Coordinate with application vendors service providers and third parties to ensure effective solution delivery technical support and resolution of application-related issues
• - Analyze application incidents recurring issues and performance trends and recommend technical improvements and corrective actions to enhance platform reliability
• - Provide advanced technical support and guidance for critical application issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal service disruption
