Job summary

SOFON is seeking a senior IT leader to drive the IT Shared Services and Digital Solutions strategy across SOFON and its subsidiaries. You will ensure secure, reliable, scalable, and business-aligned technology services throughout the organization.

The role covers ERP and enterprise applications, data and analytics enablement, governance, innovation, and vendor management, while shaping a high-performance IT culture in partnership with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT with 7-10 years in senior leadership roles managing Shared Services, Enterprise Applications and Digital Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Shared Services, Digital Solutions & Transformation, ERP and enterprise applications management.
• Oversee IT governance, architecture, cybersecurity, data & analytics enablement, vendor management and cost optimization.
• Partner with executive leadership and subsidiaries to translate technology needs into business value and outcomes.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field

MBA or Master preferred

Job description

Lead the development and execution of SOFON's IT Shared Services and Digital Solutions strategy, ensuring delivery of secure, reliable, scalable and business-aligned technology services across SOFON and its subsidiaries. Accountable for IT services, enterprise applications, ERP, digital transformation, data and analytics enablement, governance, innovation and vendor management.

1. IT Shared Services

• Establish and manage the IT Shared Services operating model.
• Ensure effective delivery of IT infrastructure, applications, service desk, end-user computing, cloud and workplace services.
• Define and monitor IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs and service performance.
• Drive standardization and consolidation of IT services across subsidiaries.
• Establish IT service governance, policies, processes and procedures.
• Improve IT service quality, availability, reliability and user experience.

2. Digital Solutions & Transformation

• Lead the digital transformation roadmap in alignment with business strategy.
• Identify and implement digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer/employee experience.
• Drive automation, workflow digitization, self-service and emerging technologies.
• Evaluate and introduce appropriate technologies including AI, analytics, RPA, cloud and low-code platforms.
• Lead digital initiatives from business requirements through implementation and benefits realization.

3. Enterprise Applications & ERP

Oversee enterprise applications and ERP platforms, including integration with business processes.

• Ensure applications are scalable, secure and aligned with business requirements.
• Lead application enhancement, upgrades, integrations and optimization.
• Establish application portfolio management and lifecycle governance.

4. IT Governance, Architecture & Cybersecurity

• Ensure compliance with corporate IT governance and Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Cybersecurity to ensure secure technology architecture and operations.
• Establish technology standards, architecture principles and solution governance.
• Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery and technology resilience.

5. Vendor & Commercial Management

• Manage strategic technology vendors, system integrators and managed service providers.
• Ensure effective contract, SLA, performance and commercial management.
• Lead technology procurement and vendor evaluation in collaboration with Procurement.
• Optimize IT expenditure and identify opportunities for cost reduction and value creation.

6. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and develop ITSS and Digital Solutions teams.
• Establish a high-performance and customer-centric IT culture.
• Partner with business leaders to understand technology needs and translate them into solutions.
• Manage relationships with C-level executives, subsidiaries and key stakeholders.

Present IT strategy, performance, risks and investment requirements to executive management.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field. MBA or Master preferred.

Experience

15+ years in IT with 7-10 years in senior leadership roles managing Shared Services, Enterprise Applications and Digital Transformation
