Job summary

UiPath seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager in the Riyadh region to drive technical success for our largest customers. You will partner with customer teams on adoption plans, design reviews, and platform health checks to ensure value from UiPath’s automation stack.

You will engage cross-functionally with product support, engineering, and services, travel up to 25% for on-site engagements, and mentor customers on best practices for scalable automation programs across environments.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in technical customer-facing roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Solid programming background (C#, C++, VB, Java, Python or PowerShell).
Experience with UiPath or other intelligent automation products is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of customers' technical success with the UiPath platform.
Be a core member of the account team for each customer, accountable for technical workstreams and adoption plans.
Provide technical advisory to customers through webinars, demos and engagements.
Conduct design and code reviews for select automations to reinforce best practices.
Perform health checks of automation programs and environments, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with Product Support to manage escalated incidents and ensure positive closures.
