Job summary

Confidential, a leading organization in the banking sector, is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Lead in Riyadh to shape the architecture strategy for large transformation programs.

You will define target architectures across business, data, applications, and technology, build roadmaps, govern standards, and mentor architects while ensuring compliance with SAMA regulations and secure, scalable designs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture in banking.
• Experience with core banking, payments, digital channels, and API/ESB/microservices.
• Proficient with TOGAF and modeling tools ArchiMate or Sparx EA.
• Knowledge of cloud, security, and SAMA regulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• TOGAF certification is a plus.

• Build architecture roadmaps that support digital transformation, core banking modernization, and integration initiatives
• Set architecture standards, principles, and governance, and lead Architecture Review Boards
• Assess solutions and vendors, and make sure designs are secure, scalable, and compliant with SAMA regulations
• Work with business, IT, and delivery teams to turn strategy into workable solution designs
• Lead and mentor solution and technical architects

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, with proven banking sector experience
• Strong knowledge of core banking systems, payments, digital channels, and integration (APIs, ESB, microservices)
• Hands-on experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, and modeling tools such as ArchiMate or Sparx EA
• Good understanding of cloud, security, and SAMA regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• TOGAF certification is a plus
