Job summary

Westbourneconsultants is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Lead for a banking client in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role will initially focus on reviewing the bank's existing enterprise architecture capability and developing a roadmap, expected to last 3 months but may extend.

The ideal candidate should have strong enterprise architecture experience, preferably in banking, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Experience in Saudi Arabia is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise architecture experience, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Experience conducting current state assessments.
• Strong understanding of EA governance, operating models, and architecture capability building.
• Ability to engage senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC is preferred.

• Conduct a current state assessment.
• Assess existing EA processes, governance, artefacts, and operating model.
• Develop an enterprise architecture roadmap.
• Support the definition of target state architecture capabilities.

Duration: Initial 3-month engagement, with potential extension.

Client: Local bank

The initial engagement will focus on reviewing the bank’s existing enterprise architecture capability. This will include a current state assessment, related enterprise architecture activities, and the development of a roadmap. After the initial 3 months, the role may continue into running the Enterprise Architecture office.
