Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python including software development and integration patterns.

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that communicate our product’s value.
• Create technical enablement resources to improve the sales team's technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation enabling customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and collaborate with product teams.
