Job summary

The Red Palace, Riyadh, part of Boutique Group, seeks an Engineering Supervisor to oversee the operation, control, and maintenance of palace systems and assets. You will lead a team to ensure optimal performance, safety, and guest satisfaction, coordinating with the Chief Engineer and external contractors as required.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in hospitality engineering supervisory roles, strong leadership, and experience with building automation systems.

Qualifications

• Must have 4-6 years’ direct experience in HospitalityEngineering supervisory systems controls.
• Entry-level training on building automation systems and troubleshooting.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Palace systems, programs, equipment, assets and admin as per standards.
• Lead and train the engineering team to ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure safety protocols and guest satisfaction during operations.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and oversee PM/RPM programs.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineer/DOE and external contractors as needed.
