Job summary

Boutique Group's The Red Palace in Riyadh seeks an Engineering Supervisor to lead all mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring reliability and energy efficiency in a luxury palace setting.

The role requires 4–6 years of hospitality engineering supervisory experience, an associate degree in engineering systems, and strong knowledge of BMS and maintenance programs. Arabic is preferred and flexibility in hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have all requirements of Engineering Coordinator.
• Associate’s degree in engineering systems controls and Admin or similar with 6 years’ experience.
• Authorized locally to work as engineering systems, maintenance, controls, programs and admin.

Responsibilities

• Operate, control, maintain and repair palace systems, programs, equipment and assets.
• Lead safety, maintenance planning and training for engineering staff.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineer/DOE on preventive maintenance and emergencies.
• Ensure energy management and fault diagnosis align with BG standards.
• Maintain records, logs, checklists and ensure compliance with P&P.
