Job summary

Rosewood Amaala is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Engineering Department. You will manage essential administrative processes, maintain documentation, coordinate activities, and assist the Director of Engineering and Assistant Director of Engineering to ensure efficient operations.

You will collaborate with Talent & Culture, Training, and Business Excellence on initiatives, while handling procurement, inventory and reporting tasks to keep the department compliant and

Qualifications

• Background in administrative support within an engineering/technical setting.
• Strong organization, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Proficient English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience with records management and basic departmental reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and minute-taking for the Engineering Director and Assistant Director.
• Manage time and attendance, vacation tracking, and Manning reports.
• Collaborate with Talent & Culture, Training and Business Excellence on initiatives.
• Assist with purchasing and inventory processes and related documentation.
• Ensure departmental policies and SOPs are maintained.
