Rosewood Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Culinary Administrative Assistant to support the Culinary leadership team with organized records and efficient communication. You will handle clerical duties, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination in a luxury hospitality setting.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, proactive collaboration, and excellence in MS Office tools to enable smooth daily operations across chefs, purchasing, finance and other hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Professional, effective communication with colleagues at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Culinary leadership team.
• Maintain organized records, files and documentation for the department.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments and departmental meetings as required.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, correspondence and meeting minutes.
• Support inventory, purchasing and invoice-tracking administration.
• Ensure effective communication between the Culinary department and internal stakeholders.
