Job summary

Sigma Paints Saudi Arabia is seeking a logistics professional to manage end-to-end logistics activities, coordinating order processing, inventory movement, and shipment preparation at our facility. The role requires timely and accurate execution and collaboration with production and warehouse teams.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Logistics or a related field and a minimum of 1 year in logistics, with SAP experience advantageous for export shipments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in logistics, supply chain, or related field is required.
• 1 year of logistics experience or more preferred.
• SAP system experience is preferred for exports and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: monitor open picking lists and ensure timely preparation of materials.
• Order Status Reporting: track statuses from entered to delivered.
• Internal Requests Handling: organize and process material withdrawals with proper documentation.
• Export Shipment Preparation: generate accurate picking lists for export shipments using SAP.
