Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Software Project Manager in Riyadh to lead end-to-end software delivery, with a focus on ERP initiatives. You will coordinate software engineers, analysts, QA, and integration specialists, ensuring on-time, on-budget results.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and bilingual communication (Arabic/English) to align technical teams with business priorities and executive updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software project management experience, including ERP projects.
• Hands-on ERP project lifecycle experience (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Odoo, or custom ERP) is required.
• Strong SDLC, architecture, integration, and database-driven enterprise app knowledge.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery from planning to deployment and post-launch support.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, business analysts, QA, and integration specialists.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Identify, mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Apply Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies to drive iterative development.
