Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program/Portfolio Management delivering complex projects and solutions.
• Strong expertise in enterprise ERP platforms and Oracle applications.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, cross-functional delivery, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology delivery shaping the ERP portfolio and value realization.
• Direct cross-functional teams including engineers, PMs, and BAs to ensure high-quality execution.
• Oversee budgets, capacity, and demand prioritization within approved financial parameters.
• Manage a hybrid portfolio across agile and waterfall delivery models to maximize business benefits.
