Qualifications

• Significant experience providing physiotherapy in elite sport.
• Experience leading or managing a clinical or medical service.
• Strong skills in musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation.
• Collaborative and professional, interdisciplinary team work.
• Postgraduate qualification preferred in Physiotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a physiotherapy and rehabilitation strategy across the club’s programmes.
• Lead and manage a small team, setting high standards for athlete care.
• Oversee injury management, rehabilitation planning, and safe return-to-performance.
• Ensure robust medical governance, clinical systems, and quality assurance processes.
• Work with coaches and performance staff to provide integrated athlete support.
• Provide support at training, competitions, and international camps as required.
