Sporting Jobs are working exclusively with Al-Qadsiah to appoint a Performance Lead (Physiotherapy) as part of their growing multi-sport and Olympic performance programme, based in Saudi Arabia.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist to take a leadership role within a forward-thinking club that is investing in athlete health, performance, and rehabilitation.
As Performance Lead (Physiotherapy), you will:
Develop and deliver a clear physiotherapy and rehabilitation strategy across the club’s Olympic Champions and Futures Programmes.
Lead and manage a small team, setting high standards for athlete care and recovery.
Oversee injury management, rehabilitation planning, and safe return-to-performance practices.
Ensure robust medical governance, clinical systems, and quality assurance processes.
Work closely with coaches and other performance staff to provide integrated athlete support.
Provide support at training, competitions, and international camps as required.
We are looking for someone who has:
Significant experience providing physiotherapy services within elite sport, ideally in Olympic or multi-sport settings.
Experience leading or managing a clinical or medical service.
Strong skills in musculoskeletal assessment, rehabilitation, and athlete health optimisation.
A collaborative and professional approach, comfortable working as part of an interdisciplinary team.
A degree in Physiotherapy (postgraduate qualification preferred) and relevant professional registration (HCPC/MCSP).
Experience with sports trauma and emergency care is desirable.
