Job summary

Entaj is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance across our Saudi poultry facility. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, and drive reliability and energy efficiency while ensuring safety standards are met.

The role requires supervision of LV/MV systems, coordination with production and external contractors, and experience with SAP PM or CMMS. On-site operation in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in electrical maintenance and supervision in industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, VFDs, PLCs.
• Experience with SAP PM or CMMS.
• Familiarity with LOTO and PTW procedures.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

To oversee electrical maintenance operations and ensure the safety, reliability, and optimal performance of electrical systems across the poultry processing facility, including production lines, utilities (refrigeration and boilers), WWTP, RO systems, and external areas. The role focuses on maximizing equipment availability, minimizing operational downtime, ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in reliability, energy efficiency, and maintenance cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LV/MV electrical systems, MCCs, MDBs, transformers, generators, motors, VFDs, PLCs, and electrical panels.
• Plan and ensure the effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose electrical faults, resolve equipment breakdowns, and minimize production downtime.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major and recurring electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Permit to Work (PTW), and company standards.
• Support electrical projects, equipment modifications, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor critical electrical equipment, spare parts availability, and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Utilities, HSE, Projects, and external contractors to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
• Drive electrical reliability, energy efficiency, and maintenance cost-reduction initiatives.
• Utilize SAP PM for maintenance planning, work orders, and maintenance performance tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in electrical maintenance and supervision within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, motors, VFDs, and PLCs.
• Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Good knowledge of electrical safety standards, LOTO, and PTW procedures.
• Experience with SAP PM or a similar Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
