Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our construction team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. This role requires hands-on leadership and effective communication with both the team and other stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical installations and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
Coordinate and lead a team of electricians, providing guidance and support during installations.
Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Conduct inspections of electrical work to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during construction.
Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and practices on-site.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:

Must be located in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
Immediate availability to start working on-site.
Willingness to work flexible hours as project demands.
