Job summary

GE Vernova in Saudi Arabia invites fresh graduates to join its Early Career Training program, a 6-12 month traineeship designed to build core engineering skills and hands-on experience in tendering, cost calculation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Participants will work with regional teams (GIS, PTR, AIS, M&D) and GE units such as Power, Hydro and Renewable, developing compliance, communication and project execution capabilities while supporting the bid and estimation processes.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with up to 2 years of experience.
• BS Engineering – Electrical or related engineering background preferred.
• Active listener with good communication skills in English.
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive with high level of integrity.
• Strives to achieve Project goals and Customer satisfaction.
• A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams.
• The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction

Responsibilities

• Support tendering activities.
• According to the requirements of the bidding documents, complete the corresponding tendering documents and cost calculation on time.
• Prepare Estimate Analysis Sheet (EAS) and offer to meet the price/market price data, when possible, in liaison with the Sales.
• Initiate workflows for the booking process.
• Comply withQuality Procedures, work instructions and processes.
• Organize communication and collaboration with others supplying units, PLs’regional organization such as GIS, PTR, AIS, M&D, and with other GE units such as Power, Hydro and Renewable.
