AimGulf is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Central Region) to plan, organize, and control electrical activities to achieve successful project completion within QA/QC constraints.

The role requires fresh engineers (0–2 years) with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, strong MS Office skills, and effective communication. You will review design and construction documents, coordinate with the team, and ensure safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Fresher – 0-2 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Review electrical documents, methodologies, QA/QC requirements and schedules.
• Prepare and review technical submittals such as design, specifications, drawings and calculations for compliance.
• Oversee site installation work, witness tests, identify non-compliance and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate daily with Team Leader and others to verify and report quality issues and corrective actions.
• Ensure all construction activities run smoothly on site and monitor progress.
• Conduct technical meetings with Client Design and Engineering Divisions.
• Maintain quality standards of all electrical activities per the project quality plan.
• Train subordinates and form a team to execute work effectively.
• Provide leadership and delegate tasks to subordinates to maintain morale and efficiency.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.

Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Central Region)

This position exists to plan, organize, and control the electrical activities of the project to best accomplish the successful completion within the guidelines established by the Project Manager according to the established schedules, budgets, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) policy constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project electrical documents that include, methodology, quality assurance, control procedures, engineering, and construction time schedule.
• Prepare and review technical submittals such as design, specifications, drawings, calculations, method statements, TPIs, risk assessments … etc. for compliance with client’s requirements, authority requirements, end-user requirements, local and international standards.
• Oversee/inspect site installation work in daily basis, witness tests, identify non-compliance to construction documentation, and recommend corrective measures.
• Coordinate on a daily basis with the Team Leader and other team members to verify, document and report the quality issues of work performed by the sub-contractors and provide/suggest corrective actions.
• Ensuring all construction activities run well at the site and review the progress.
• Conducting technical meetings and constant follow-up with Client Design and Engineering Divisions.
• Maintain the quality standards of all electrical activities as per project quality plan.
• Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
• Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.
• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
• Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
