AimGulf in Jeddah is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Western Region) to plan, organize, and control electrical activities for project delivery within QA/QC guidelines.

The role involves reviewing documents, preparing submittals, supervising site work, coordinating with the team, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met; fresh graduates with 0–2 years are welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Review project electrical documents, methods, schedules, and QA/QC procedures.
• Prepare and review technical submittals (designs, drawings, calculations, method statements).
• Oversee/site inspect electrical installation, witness tests, and address non-compliance.
• Coordinate daily with Team Leader to document quality issues and corrective actions.
• Ensure all construction activities meet schedules, safety, and quality requirements.
• Conduct technical meetings with Client Design and Engineering Divisions.
• Maintain quality standards of electrical activities per project quality plan.
• Provide leadership and coaching to subordinates.
• Delegate tasks and maintain morale and motivation.
• Produce periodic reports detailing deviations and progress.

Job Title:

Electrical Engineer (Western Region)

This position exists to plan, organize, and control the electrical activities of the project to best accomplish the successful completion within the guidelines established by the Project Manager according to the established schedules, budgets, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) policy constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project electrical documents that include methodology, quality assurance, control procedures, engineering, and construction time schedule.
• Prepare and review technical submittals such as design, specifications, drawings, calculations, method statements, TPIs, risk assessments, etc. for compliance with client’s requirements, authority requirements, end-user requirements, local and international standards.
• Oversee/inspect site installation work on a daily basis, witness tests, identify non-compliance to construction documentation, and recommend corrective measures.
• Coordinate on a daily basis with the Team Leader and other team members to verify, document and report the quality issues of work performed by the sub-contractors and provide/suggest corrective actions.
• Ensuring all construction activities run well at the site and review the progress.
• Conducting technical meetings and constant follow-up with Client Design and Engineering Divisions.
• Maintain the quality standards of all electrical activities as per project quality plan.
• Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work done effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
• Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates.
• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve any related problems that arise and elevate any complex operational issues.
• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automation opportunities as much as possible.
• Comply with related policy, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity.
