Job summary

AimGulf seeks an entry-level Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to coordinate engineering projects, interact with clients, and support project teams on-site in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresher with 0–2 years of experience in engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor engineering projects and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with codes, QA/QC policies and specs.
• Interact daily with clients to interpret needs and represent them in the field.
• Coordinate with project manager and team to provide technical support.
• Review deliverables and initiate corrective actions.
• Follow up on material delivery with suppliers.
• Perform activities to meet targets within schedules and budget.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution.
• Solve problems and escalate complex operational issues.
• Ensure quality requirements and develop QC processes and specs.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects, and prepare project reports.


• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.


• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.


• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.


• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.


• Follow up material delivery with suppliers.


• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.


• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.


• Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.


• Solve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.


• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.


• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.


• Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.


• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
