Job summary

Met T&S Ltd. seeks an Electrical Supervisor for a contractual, site-based role on an EPC Oil & Gas project in Saudi Arabia.

The position runs a 60/10 rotation with paid travel days and full accommodation/transportation provided by the company. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, have at least 8 years in similar roles on refinery projects, and demonstrate excellent communication, team spirit and a detail‑oriented approach to deliver on safety,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 8 years’ work experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects or refinery.
Significant experience in supervisory roles on site with safety and quality focus.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

Oversee subcontractor activities for electrical discipline to meet erection schedules and budgets.
Ensure work complies with design documents, safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare non-conformity registers and coordinate resolutions with subcontractors.
Detect design errors and coordinate necessary changes with site engineer.
Review subcontractors’ progress sheets and approve where appropriate.
Assist contract engineer in pricing amendments and subcontract changes.
Coordinate constructability studies and bid clarifications with project team.
