Job summary

Client of The Global Search Company is seeking an E-commerce Merchandising Executive for its Riyadh-based team. The role focuses on product readiness, online merchandising, and trading performance across owned platforms and marketplaces.

The candidate will support accuracy of products, content, pricing and promotions, while analyzing performance and opportunities to optimize conversions and the customer journey. Fluency in English and commercial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least two years experience in e-commerce, online merchandising, digital trading or retail merchandising.
• Experience managing product information, website content or online product uploads.
• Understand digital merchandising and factors that influence online conversion.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily checks across websites and digital channels to ensure product assortments, content, pricing and promotions are accurate.
• Identify trading opportunities by analysing stock availability, conversion performance and customer demand.
• Maintain product categorisation, sorting and online presentation per commercial strategy.
• Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives to improve conversion and customer journey.
• Improve product discoverability through search terms, keywords, taxonomy, filters and product placement.
• Prepare weekly and ad hoc trading reports highlighting trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product launches, campaigns and updates are delivered on time.
