Job summary

NICE ONE | نايس ون in Dammam is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to promote products, identify opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. You will manage inquiries, prepare proposals, and contribute to revenue targets through proactive outreach and effective follow-up.

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic preferred) and the ability to travel locally are important assets for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or bachelor’s in Business/Marketing preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to engage customers and communicate product benefits.
• Strong verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work toward sales targets and manage multiple opportunities.
• Knowledge of the Dammam market and local travel is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred for local customers.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products/services to customers in Dammam and surrounding areas.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through visits, referrals, inquiries, and prospecting.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Present product features, pricing, and terms clearly and accurately.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation per procedures.
• Follow up with customers and advance opportunities to completion.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships for satisfaction and retention.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support order processing and customer requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date records of interactions, sales activities, leads, and orders.
• Monitor local market activity and potential opportunities in the Dammam area.
• Prepare sales activity updates and reports; attend sales meetings and product trainings.
