Job summary

Learning Oasis Int.&Ntl. Schools in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a full-time on-site Teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and standards.

You will prepare materials, assess progress, provide feedback, and maintain records of student performance. The role requires adapting to diverse learning needs, creating an inclusive classroom, and collaborating with colleagues, coordinators, and leadership on academic and extracurricular initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field; teaching certification or license is preferred.
• Experience teaching in international or national school settings is an advantage.
• Ability to create an inclusive, student-centered classroom that supports social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear instruction delivery and effective collaboration with students, families, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning, with experience designing structured, engaging, and measurable learning activities.
• Strong foundation in Education, with a solid understanding of pedagogy and curriculum standards.
• Demonstrated Teaching and Training skills, including the ability to facilitate learning for students with varied abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Prepare lesson materials, assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment, manage classroom behavior, and collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and school leadership on academic and extracurricular initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, participate in staff meetings and training sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching practices and school programs.
