WSP is seeking an experienced Drainage Engineer to join our Construction Supervision team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the delivery of a major roads and highways infrastructure project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of drainage infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, applicable standards, and project quality requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in highway drainage systems, stormwater management infrastructure, culverts, channels, detention systems, utility interfaces, and associated civil works within large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Professional Engineering registration or membership with a recognized engineering institution is preferred.
Additional qualifications in water engineering, stormwater management, or infrastructure design are advantageous.
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in civil engineering and drainage infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated experience in construction supervision and site management of drainage works.
Previous Middle East experience is highly preferred.
Experience working on projects for major government authorities and transportation agencies is advantageous.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
Experience reviewing contractor submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and method statements.
Strong understanding of quality control and construction supervision procedures.
