Job summary

HDR is seeking a detail-focused Document Controller to join our team. You will maintain, organize, and update project documents in electronic management systems and ensure compliance with client standards.

You will perform QA/QC on engineering documents and provide support to the Project Manager on documentation needs, while collaborating with the project team to meet deadlines and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Certifications like CDT, CACM, CBCS, ASQ, CCS, MOS, CSCP, CQA, CDS are preferred.
• Experience with compliance with Federal, State and Local record management regulations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
• Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, organize, and update documents in electronic management systems
• Communicates document requirements and client standards to project team
• Performs quality assurance and quality control of engineering documents
• Provide necessary assistance to the Project Manager on documentation
• Perform other duties as needed
