Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand
• Follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure all dishes are clean and safe for use
• Restock dishes, glassware, flatware in designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area
• Assist with kitchen prep tasks such as peeling vegetables and stocking ingredients
• Follow safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Dispose of waste according to company policies
• Keep track of inventory and report shortages or issues to supervisor
