Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• Hand-wash delicate items that cannot be washed by machine
• Sort and stack clean dishes for serving staff to use
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area by wiping down counters, washing floors, and emptying trash regularly
• Assist with stocking supplies such as soap and paper towels
• Follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure food safety standards are met

Requirements
