Job summary

DeepSource Technologies, in partnership with a global technology leader, seeks a Disaster Recovery professional to lead risk assessments, design DR strategies, and ensure continuity of critical operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate has DR planning and risk management experience, strong cloud-based solution knowledge, familiarity with NIST CSF and ISO 27001, and proven leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and enforcing DR plans.
• Knowledge of DR technologies and cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, regulatory frameworks.
• Strong risk management and threat analysis skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• CBCP or CISSP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments to identify threats and vulnerabilities.
• Evaluate existing DR plans and recommend improvements.
• Set RTOs and RPOs for key processes.
• Craft and implement DR plans aligned with best practices.
• Lead recovery teams and regular drills.
• Guide selection and implementation of DR solutions.
• Test and validate DR schemes and rectify deficiencies.
• Provide DR guidance to internal teams.
