Job summary
HCLTech in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh region) is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure professional focused on disaster recovery. You will design end-to-end DR workflows, build scripts, and coordinate cross-team DR activities.
Requires 2+ years hands-on expertise in Infrastructure and DR, proficiency in Python/Ansible/Terraform, and strong knowledge of business continuity, RTO/RPO, and reporting. You will automate drills and support DR operations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years hands-on expertise on Infrastructure and DR
- Proficiency in scripting and network protocols
- Experience in IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux and Unix
- Business process analysis and requirement gathering
- Awareness of RTO/RPO
- Automate drill failover and DR workflows
- Build and customize DR reports
Responsibilities
- Developing scripts and implementation
- Support IBM RO tool delivery end to end
- Monitor RO tool daily alerts and drive resolution
- Investigate shortfalls and improve RO tool
- Coordinate with teams for DR activities and automation
- Understand Recovery & Resilience management lifecycle
- Define drill test environment requirements and plans
- Coordinate drill environments and evaluations across heterogeneous layers
- Drill execution coordination and incident tracking
- Analyze recovery data and report improvements to performance
