Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company, a leading development and delivery organization, seeks a Director – Risk (DMO) to oversee Subdistrict and Portfolio Risk Management within one of its largest business units. You will lead risk identification, evaluation, mitigation, and reporting, aligning with company policies and executive needs.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in PMO/PMC environments, strong communication across multicultural teams, and expertise in qualitative and quantitative

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree level with equivalent training and experience.
• 15 years minimum experience, including 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proficient with IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative risk management.
• Experience producing portfolio and programme level reports.
• Ability to drive risk-informed decisions across multiple stakeholders.
• Leadership in PMO/PMC environments is preferred.
• Membership of risk professional associations (IRM/RMIA).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safety values and enforces health/well-being standards.

• Supports risk culture development withinDevelopment and Delivery teams.
• Implements risk policies, processes, controls at Subdistrict level.
• Contributes to N-1 risk management cycle using input from N-2 level.
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert for risk management methodologies.
• Assists embedding KPIs in risk reporting across the BU.
• Supports professional development of risk resources.
• Provides guidance for risk-informed decision making.
• Assists in policy and compliance audits with internal/external auditors.
• Coordinates with functional leads and stakeholders.
