Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 seeks a senior leader for Resort Core retail development. You will drive retail planning, commercial positioning, and tenant mix for flagship destinations, coordinating planning, design, delivery, and activation across multi-project programs.

You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee governance and risk, and ensure alignment with market demands, customer experience, and long-term asset performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Master’s degree and professional certifications preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic helpful.
• 14+ years in retail development or destination development.
• Strong governance, risk, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail planning, commercial positioning, and tenant mix for Resort Core developments.
• Coordinate integrated development activities across planning, design, delivery, and operations.
• Ensure activation and operational readiness for retail components across projects.
• Monitor performance, risks, and governance to enable informed decisions.
• Collaborate with tenants, operators, partners, and internal teams to align on timelines and outcomes.
