Job summary

ALSTOM in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior leader to oversee the Services portfolio, including Metro Operations, Railway System Maintenance, and Transit System Services. You will drive operational excellence and financial performance while building strong relationships with clients and authorities across the transport ecosystem.

You will mentor project directors, lead multi-project programs, and steer strategic growth initiatives to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation, Operations Management or related field is required.
• Master's degree is a plus and valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead service project directors and manage operations and maintenance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across projects and services.
• Lead all service projects across Saudi Arabia including Metro Operations, Railway System Maintenance and Transit System Services.
• Ensure safe, reliable and efficient project execution aligned with contractual commitments.
• Own Services portfolio P&L performance and cost control.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, authorities and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop project directors and leadership teams.
