Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in large-scale infrastructure or rail projects, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Expertise in project management tools, risk assessment, and contract negotiation.
• Deep understanding of rail systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
