The C-Suite & Co. is partnering with a growing SaaS company in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Director – Talent Acquisition. This leadership role will shape recruitment strategy, build scalable hiring capabilities, and attract top talent to support expansion.

The ideal candidate combines strategic TA expertise with hands-on leadership, strong technology recruitment experience, and a track record of building high-performing teams. Saudi market experience is a plus.

Qualifications

10+ years in Talent Acquisition, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in SaaS, software development, or technology-driven organisations.
Proven ability to develop and execute TA strategies to drive growth.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead recruitment teams and influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with expansion plans.
Lead end-to-end recruitment across technology, product, commercial, and leadership roles.
Build, manage and develop a high-performing TA team.
Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
Create scalable recruitment processes and talent pipelines for critical roles.
Drive recruitment excellence through data analytics and process optimisation.
