Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 12+ years of procurement and supply chain experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership/director-level role.
• Strong sourcing and contract negotiation experience.
• Experience developing procurement strategies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop lead and execute purchasing strategies.
• Track and report key metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders to document clear requirements.
• Forecast price and market trends to balance buyer-supplier power.
• Source reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming demand.
• Obtain minimum of three independent quotations.
• Establish contracts to ensure negotiated prices.
• Coordinate daily delivery with Executive Chef inputs.
• Maintain supplier price lists and quotations.
• Research new products and services for the hotel.
• Approve discrepancies reports and stock levels.
• Verify pending orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Submit reports to meet deadlines.
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team.
