Job summary

Confidential Government invites applications for a senior role overseeing the organization of activities across the petrochemicals value chain, and the technical operations of petrochemical plants in the Riyadh region.

The role focuses on policy development, procedures, budget management, and ensuring alignment of supply chains with industry needs, including COTC technologies and sector growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Organize activities across the petrochemicals value chain and oversee technical operations of petrochemical plants.
• Develop and refine policies and procedures; provide recommendations aligned with objectives and best practices.
• Identify areas for operational improvements to boost efficiency of the department.
• Manage the department's annual operating budget and report on performance.
• Coordinate activities related to petrochemical sector operations and industry practices.
• Facilitate the development of a strategy for the entire petrochemicals value chain.
• Plan reviews of strategies to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Oversee production processes across the sector's value chain (N, N+1).
• Coordinate with relevant entities to align feedstock availability with downstream industrial needs.
