Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company seeks a Director for Power (LV Switchgear) to lead strategic asset management, maintenance, reliability, and lifecycle planning of LV distribution systems across the City. You will establish standards, programs, and governance, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while driving performance improvements.

The role requires senior leadership experience, deep expertise in LV power systems, and ability to coordinate with utilities, facilities, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in electrical power systems.
• 7-10 years in leadership or director roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Master's degree preferred in Power Systems Engineering or Asset Management.
• Experience managing large-scale utility or city infrastructure assets.
• Experience with LV Switchgear Operations & Maintenance.
• Experience with SAP PM, SAP EAM, Maximo, or similar enterprise asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the city-wide LV electrical asset management strategy.
• Establish operational policies, maintenance standards, and reliability programs for LV switchgear assets.
• Lead technical governance and provide SME guidance on LV distribution systems.
• Support City Operations leadership in developing long-term utility operational plans.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of LV Switchgear, MDBs/SMDBs, MCCs, ATS, capacitor banks, protection and control systems, and emergency power distribution.
• Drive improvements in equipment availability, reliability, and energy efficiency.
• Monitor asset health and performance using CMMS/EAM platforms.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations and develop reliability-centered maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, Saudi Electricity Regulations, IEC and NFPA standards.
