Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is seeking a Director for Power to lead the operational strategy, asset management, maintenance, reliability, and lifecycle planning of all LV electrical distribution systems across the City.

The role requires 20+ years in electrical power systems with 7–10 years in leadership, a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and a preferred Master’s in Power Systems/Asset Management.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in electrical power systems.
• 7–10 years in leadership or director-level roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Master's Degree in Power Systems Engineering or Asset Management preferred.
• Experience with LV Switchgear Operations & Maintenance.
• Experience with large-scale utility or city infrastructure assets.
• Experience with SAP PM, SAP EAM, Maximo or similar.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a city-wide LV electrical asset management strategy.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of LV switchgear and related systems.
• Lead asset management lifecycle planning and capital programs.
• Drive reliability-centered maintenance and root cause investigations.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Collaborate with utilities, facilities, and project teams.
• Lead and mentor electrical engineering and maintenance teams.
