Job summary

شركة وسط جدة للتطوير | Jeddah Central Development Company seeks an experienced IT leader to plan, direct, and oversee the design, development, and implementation of organizational information systems and software applications across all operations.

You will lead solution offerings, upgrade existing business systems, and drive post-implementation optimization while guiding IT solutions management, services, strategy, leadership, budgeting, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent knowledge of IT management and strategic leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT security knowledge.
• Understanding of market practices, laws, and GCC/KSA regulatory environment.
• Ability to mentor, drive best practices, and lead organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development & implementation processes to align with organizational needs.
• Monitor IT project methodologies, budgets, risks, and security requirements.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT applications and systems.
• Identify integration needs with external stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow.
• Ensure security & cybersecurity requirements are met across projects.
• Direct ERP upgrades and drive optimization post-implementation.
• Develop and execute the department strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead talent development and performance management within the IT group.
• Oversee budgeting, policy development, and cost control for IT initiatives.
• Drive change management and continuous improvement across IT services.
