Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Director - Financial Planning to lead FP&A, consolidated reporting, and financial coordination for the Hospitality Business Unit's development pipeline. The role provides a single source of truth for portfolio insights to support funding, phasing, and performance decisions.

You will guide annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly reporting across multiple projects, partnering with senior leaders to optimize capital deployment and forecasting discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range financial planning across the Hospitality BU’s development pipeline.
• Own the consolidated financial view of the portfolio, ensuring data is complete, consistent, and current.
• Direct monthly reporting with variance commentary and forward-looking insights for senior leadership.
• Coordinate financial inputs across projects and corporate functions to align plans, budgets, forecasts, and funding needs.
• Maintain visibility of capital deployment and portfolio exposure, escalating risks and opportunities.
• Set financial data definitions, controls, and reporting standards to support a single source of truth.
• Lead the Finance Management team and partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen planning discipline.
